Prices

Product prices include VAT and are stated in Swiss francs (CHF), net and without further deductions.

Payment method

Payment must be made using the payment slip enclosed with the invoice, within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Orders over CHF 500 require advance payment. Orders from outside Switzerland are dispatched only against advance payment. Dispatch takes place only once advance payment has been received.

Delivery, packaging and postage

Within Switzerland, products are sent by PostPac Priority in standard commercial packaging, no later than seven days after receipt of the order or any required advance payment. Packaging and delivery charges are added to every order placed with Olio Nobile AG at a flat rate of CHF 9.50. Delivery charges are shown to the customer during checkout.

Gift packaging is charged at the stated price. For deliveries to other countries, postage and any special packaging are charged separately. If goods are damaged in transit, we will replace the ordered goods free of charge upon presentation of the damaged packaging or goods.

Guarantee

All products are delivered in perfect condition in accordance with the product specifications.
Olio Nobile AG guarantees the high quality of its products only within their stated shelf life and when stored correctly. Products must be protected from light and heat. As the products contain no added preservatives or surface treatment agents, a longer shelf life cannot be guaranteed. If, nevertheless, it can be demonstrated that a product has failed to keep within the stated period despite correct storage, the product concerned will be replaced by agreement.

Exchanges

Purchased products that are of satisfactory quality cannot be exchanged or returned.

Intellectual property

Everything you see, hear or read on www.olio-nobile.ch is protected by copyright. Use of the content for information purposes is permitted and welcomed. Any other use, particularly commercial use, requires written permission from Olio Nobile AG.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

The legal relationship between Olio Nobile AG and its customers is governed exclusively by Swiss law. Zurich is the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes between customers and Olio Nobile AG.
